Treating your horse as An individual

Individual Equestrian Care

Each horse matures at different rates, both mentally and physically, and what is right for one isn’t right for another.

That’s why every horse should be treated as an individual.

And why it’s important that each horse is assessed based on its own strengths and weaknesses.

This allows its education and training to be specific to its needs.

Most horses have a sticking point somewhere during their training. They all vary, and they all throw up different challenges along the way.

Knowing the correct course of action for your horse will make the journey with them, a fun enjoyable experience.

And having fun is important because enjoyment is why we all took up riding in the first place.

So to have a horse that is tricky, challenging and perhaps unpredictable, quickly takes the fun away.

The thing is, if you’re not having fun, you can bet your horse isn’t.

Whether your goal is to compete at HOYS, in a local show, at dressage, cross-country jumping, or just to go for a hack safely…

Something can always be done to move even the trickiest of horses towards your goal without compromising their mental and physical well-being.

So, if you want to discuss where you and your horse currently are, where you want to be and what I can do to help you get there…

All you need to do is get in touch, and we can talk to see what’s possible.
